We are seeking an experienced contributor to support our team on the governance, automation, and enablement activities across Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI builder). This role will focus on working with the product team to assess, enable product features, work across relevant teams as needed, and be involved in governance operations and Tier 4 activities. The specialist will collaborate with product teams to review, analyze, and test new features, and create documentation and guidance for member firms and global functions.

Our team is AI-first and automation-driven, so this role will actively leverage AI capabilities and automation tools to streamline governance, reporting, and compliance processes. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

ØGovernance & GuidanceoDefine and document governance standards and processes for Power Platform.oProvide guidance to operational teams on environment creation, security groups, DLP policies, Dataverse, and tenant vs. environment settings.oEnsure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks.ØFeature Review & TestingoPartner with product teams to review, analyze, and test new platform features.oProvide feedback on functionality, usability, and compliance implications.ØDocumentation & EnablementoDevelop clear documentation and guidance for member firms and global functions.oCreate operational playbooks, best practices, and governance templates.ØAutomation & AI IntegrationoDesign and maintain PowerShell scripts and API integrations for governance automation.oImplement automated attestation workflows for compliance and access reviews.oIdentify opportunities to apply AI-driven solutions for monitoring, reporting, and governance tasks.  ØReporting & MonitoringoBuild dashboards and reports for platform health, usage, and compliance.oRecommend monitoring strategies for proactive governance.ØCapacity & Performance OversightoAdvise on Power BI Premium capacity management and optimization.oSupport governance of workspaces and datasets within Microsoft Fabric.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Premium capacity concepts.
• Scripting: PowerShell, REST APIs.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and attestation processes.
• Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms for governance and reporting.

Soft Skills

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
