Key Responsibilities

• SAP PS Configuration & Implementation:
• Configure project structures (WBS, networks, activities) and maintain master data.
• Integrate SAP PS with modules like FI/CO, MM, SD for end-to-end project management.
• Project Monitoring & Control:
• Support budgeting, cost planning, and progress tracking within SAP PS.
• Ensure accurate settlement and reporting of project costs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work with project managers and finance teams to align SAP PS processes with business needs.
• Issue Resolution & Support:
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Documentation & Training:
• Prepare functional specifications, user manuals, and conduct training sessions.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in SAP Project System (PS) implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of WBS, networks, activities, and integration with FI/CO, MM, SD.
• Experience in project budgeting, cost planning, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP PS certification.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
