Key Responsibilities

• SAP PS Configuration & Implementation:
• Configure WBS elements, networks, activities, and maintain master data.
• Integrate SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD for seamless project management.
• Project Planning & Monitoring:
• Support project budgeting, cost planning, and progress tracking.
• Ensure accurate cost settlement and reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work with project managers and finance teams to align SAP PS processes with business needs.
• Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide functional support, resolve issues, and ensure system stability.
• Documentation & Training:
• Prepare functional specifications, user guides, and conduct training sessions.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in SAP Project System (PS) implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of WBS, networks, activities, and integration with FI/CO, MM, SD.
• Experience in project budgeting, cost planning, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP PS certification.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
