KGS - Assistant Manager - PMO - KYC AML - Bangalore

To be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and ensuring a consistent pipeline of skilled resources for Managed Services. This includes proactively filling new demand, as well as managing backfills due to internal movement and attrition.  Effective collaboration and communication are crucial, as the role requires engagement with multiple departments to successfully support their resourcing need.

The job responsibilities include:

Raise requisitions for hiring and track for progress with talent acquisition teamOwn joiner, mover and leaver process for assigned projectsInitiate client specific BGV and track for timely closure, set up reporting for stakeholdersDesign and maintain of the suite of JD/role profiles for onshore and offshore useManage scheduling and validation of hours in line with forecasting guidance and various reporting purposesManage client dedicated clean rooms from physical control perspectiveBuild core knowledge of the engagement during mobilization to design interview and training material which is engagement specificBuild and deliver project specific orientation sessions and trainingsWork with the offshore team to ensure training activities across both sites are cohesive and to the same standard, maintaining accurate training logsAttend regular competency review panels to support, track progress and ensure competence is maintainedSupport Pulse survey activities cross siteCreate, develop and maintain “skills station” activities for staff to use as requiredSupport career paths and talent management frameworkCollaborate with Operations Managers to solve specific training problems through focused, qualitative solutionsSupport events and activities such as Breakfast/Lunch Clubs and Town Hall meetings

Work experience

Min 6 - 7  years experience with minimum 4-5 years in PMO function proven experience of cross functional workingCompetent in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPointDevelops effective working relationships with peers and clients, provide performance support to junior members through mentoring and possess the ability to influence the team for better performance.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

Strong command and ease of business English (spoken and written), native preferredExecutive presence, able to interact directly with clientsPreviously led a team / experience leading teamsStrong presentation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
