Role Responsibilities:

• QM solution design:
  Ability to drive the business need discussions, map the requirements to SAP systems, and design the process for the client within SAP QM. Should have exposure to perform the configuration as per the designed solution.
• QM solution development, testing and deployment:
  In‑depth knowledge of SAP QM solution development with an ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry’s best practices.
• Actively participating in periodic meetings, proactively identifying, and highlighting risks/gaps in the client processes.
• Provide overall architecture recommendations including integration scenarios with PP, OTC, Purchasing.

 

Requirement:

• 6–8 years of experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) – Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross‑geography counterparts.
• Demonstrated experience in the QM (Quality Management) module of SAP ECC or S/4HANA, including 2–3 full life cycle project implementations (preferably in S/4HANA).
• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience and at least 1–2 S/4HANA end‑to‑end implementation experience.
• Thorough understanding of business process and QM functionalities including inspection planning, quality inspection, quality notifications, results recording, batch management integration, certificate management, vendor/customer quality management, and integration with production and procurement processes.
• Perform necessary SAP configurations, write detailed functional specifications (FSD) for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the solution.
• Integration experience with other modules like PP, SD and MM.
• Good knowledge of various industry business processes such as Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Chemicals, etc.
• Participate in strategic initiatives within the organization which add value and create opportunities.
• Have actively participated in RFI/RFP related activities.

 

Must‑Have Certifications

• SAP S/4HANA Quality Management.
• APICS (CPIM, CSCP) would be an added advantage.

 

Experience & Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent education.
• Exp Level: 6–8 Years of SAP consulting experience with 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in S/4HANA QM.
