Roles & responsibilities

• ServiceNow IRM functional knowledge is must require.
• Should be able to document the client requirements in the story format in the system. 
• Should be able to connect with technical team to clarify the requirements and align with client expectations.
• Should have good understanding of GRC/IRM application with hands on experience in Risk Management, Advanced Risk assessment, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, TPRM modules.
• Should be able to write the functional test cases for the stories drafted.
• Should have good experience in creating documents like process flow, QRGs, TTT, click throughs.
• Working with the KPMG onshore counterparts as part of project/engagement delivery.
• Supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality standards within the established turnaround time and allotted budget for the project
• Ensuring personal and the team's compliance with the applicable KPMG Risk Management policies & KPMG proprietary tools
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow GRC features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Educational qualifications

•BE/B-Tech/MCA in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university•ServiceNow GRC certification (Certified System Administrator(CSA)) are highly desirable

Work experience

•The candidate must have 2 to 4 years of total experience.•The candidate must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services organization.•The candidate must have experience in end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation.
