About the Role:

You will spearhead complex and critical initiatives, translating overarching business vision into sophisticated, innovative, and impactful technical solutions. This role requires an individual with a proven track record to take ownership and responsibility for project component or area and able to prioritise work, and address conflict. You will not only define the 'what' and 'how' but also fundamentally influence the 'why' and 'where we're going'.

Key Responsibilities:

• The successful person will be able to research, analyse, define and document the requirements 
• Act as the point of contact on-site for business related questions and issues that arise and require clarification and will liaise closely with the senior technical team members
• Hands on business analysis duties including defining and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, definitions etc.
• Deliver robust and business relevant reporting and updates  
• Consult with key stakeholders throughout the project.
• The person will need to take ownership and responsibility for project component or area; able to prioritise work, and address conflict.
• A strong problem solver with a pragmatic attitude to seek out resolutions
• Strive for continuous process improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience (7-10 years) as a Business Analyst demonstrating leadership in complex, cross-functional IT environments.
• Strong background in in a business or IT environment; have an IT development background.
• A degree in a business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating advanced analytical and strategic capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written) to influence and engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders and large audiences.
• A pragmatic and highly experienced problem solver, capable of leading teams through ambiguity and driving innovative, sustainable solutions.
• A keen advocate for User Experience, establishing best practices and integrating user-centric design into organisational strategy.
• Experience in using Azure DevOps would be beneficial.
