About the Role:

 You will lead the requirements elicitation and analysis efforts for significant project components or workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable business value. This position demands a blend of strong analytical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• The successful person will be able to research, analyse, define and document the requirements 

• Act as the point of contact on-site for business related questions and issues that arise and require clarification and will liaise closely with the senior technical team members

• Hands on business analysis duties including defining and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, definitions etc.

• Deliver robust and business relevant reporting and updates  

• Consult with key stakeholders throughout the project.

• The person will need to take ownership and responsibility for project component or area; able to prioritise work, and address conflict.

• A strong problem solver with a pragmatic attitude to seek out resolutions

• Strive for continuous process improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrable experience (6-8 years) as a Business Analyst in a dynamic IT environment.
• Educated to degree level in a business or technology-related subject or possess equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
• A keen focus on User Experience, advocating for user-centric design and functionality.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, user stories, and project tracking would be beneficial.
