The Role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer who can bring strong technical expertise and leadership to our team. This role involves working on large-scale, high-impact projects for global clients, delivering cutting-edge solutions using modern engineering practices and tools.

You will be part of a dynamic environment where innovation, agility, and collaboration are at the core of how we operate.

Technology Stack

You should have strong working knowledge of most of the following:

• Backend & Frameworks: .NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, MassTransit, DAPR, Aspire

• Frontend & UI: React, TypeScript

• APIs & Integrations: REST API, GraphQL

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure, Docker, Azure AD, Okta, OpenTelemetry

• Collaboration & CI/CD: GitHub, Azure DevOps

• Business Applications & Analytics: SharePoint, Power BI, Fabric Workspaces

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver technology-enabled solutions to address complex client business challenges using best-in-class engineering methodologies.

• Act as a role model and mentor within the team, championing agile principles and engineering excellence.

• Collaborate closely with product managers to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of the solutions developed.

• Provide guidance and support to team members and external contractors during the development lifecycle.

Desired Skillset

• Strong expertise in C# and .NET development; full-stack development experience is a strong plus.

• Proven track record in building distributed systems and secure, scalable products.

• Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and code review best practices.

• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and best practices.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Azure DevOps).
