Job Description
KM Tax CoE - Senior ANalyst
•Provide support to Senior Manager in building Tax pricing knowledge CoE to maintain enablement databases across tax services.•Gather bulk data from multiple member firms on bookkeeping, accounting standards used, country contacts, fee database, hourly billing rates and contracting database items.•Provide data cleansing support to verify data accuracy.•Review and upload cleansed data into relevant tranches of pricing exchange CoE.•Work closely with PMO team to gather compliance calendar, legislative and regulatory updates.•Responsible to coordinate with member firms to challenge data quality.•Utilise technology to automate administrative tasks.•Provide support to Senior Manager in building Tax pricing knowledge CoE to maintain enablement databases across tax services.•Gather bulk data from multiple member firms on bookkeeping, accounting standards used, country contacts, fee database, hourly billing rates and contracting database items.•Provide data cleansing support to verify data accuracy.•Review and upload cleansed data into relevant tranches of pricing exchange CoE.•Work closely with PMO team to gather compliance calendar, legislative and regulatory updates.•Responsible to coordinate with member firms to challenge data quality.•Utilise technology to automate administrative tasks.Educational qualifications
•BBA / BCom / MBA Preferred.Work experience
•Graduate with 4/5 years of pricing experience in Tax service line.•Strong understanding of project management principles.•Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, MAcros tools for automation.•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.•Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.•A commitment to maintaining strict ethical and professional standards at all times.Experience Level
