L2 Support Engineer | 5 TO 9 Years | Bangalore
Job Description
- Should be strong in UNIX/ LINUX (any one)
- Should be strong in SQL and PL/SQL (any one)
- Knowledge in Java (For L3 Should be good with Java)
- Experience in Production support
- Strong in problem solving with troubleshooting and debugging
- Database: Stored Procedure and Query Optimization knowledge
- Effective verbal & written communication skills
- Should be good in ITIL process like Knowledge Management, Incident Management and Ticket Management
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems
- Hands on experience using Unix commands, writing shell scripts, building small tools (non-negotiable this will be assessed in the interview)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, out of the box thinker, ability to connect dots when presented with disjoint data set (non-negotiable this will be assessed in the interview)
- Understanding of existing Java infrastructure, ability to identify bottlenecks and suggest changes etc
