Roles & responsibilities

·Support the functioning of the Learning Management System to ensure appropriate tracking of learner records;·Timely preparation and maintenance of training records and internal trackers.·Collation of facilitator feedback and assessment scores for the training.·Allocation of web-based training on GLMS on a timely basis and tracking the completion status.·Ensure timely preparation of MIS for L&D.·Prepare internal reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing available information.·Assist in managing training related logistics which includes setting up training laptops, arranging required prints, coordination with the transportation team etc.·Coordinate with other location to ensure smooth planning and delivery of training session.·Coordinate with other support team (Admin, IT and others) to manage training agenda effectively.·Ensure timely completion of monthly work which includes reporting of training data, recording and providing credit of training hours, pre/post course tracker etc.·Maintain regular count of L&D inventory.·Timely booking of room as per the training calendar.·Maintain and complete prerequisite training checklist before every classroom training.

•Relevant number of years of work experience required: 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm or other reputed audit firm.
