Summary:
We are looking for the senior Python architect with strong expertise in building Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as Lang Chain and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK). The role involves designing intelligent, scalable AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, and memory-driven reasoning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a SME for the Python and Agentic AI solutions.
- Develop scalable backend systems using Python.
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows (multi-agent, planning, tool-calling, memory).
- Build and integrate AI agents using LangChain, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), or similar frameworks.
- Implement RAG pipelines and LLM integrations.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow best engineering practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML), AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8+ years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
