Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Node JS 

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using NodeJS for a leading healthcare client. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions that comply with healthcare industry standards and regulations. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using NodeJS and related frameworks.  

• Design RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications and third-party services.  

• Ensure application security and compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, etc.).  

• Optimize application performance and scalability for large datasets and high traffic.  

• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation and cloud deployment.  

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.  

• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure best practices in coding. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Hands on experience in backend development using NodeJS. 

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming. 

• Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks. 

• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB). 

• Familiarity with API design and integration 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in healthcare domain and understanding HIPAA compliance. 

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). 

• Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems. 

• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
