Lead Generation Telecaller


Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
  • Identify and qualify leads to set appointments for the sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Proven experience in telecalling or lead generation roles.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Site.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
