Lead, Global Site Function

What you’ll do

The role provides support to Senior Manager, Global Site Lead function who in turn provides governance and support to LSEGs 110+ global site leaders, to ensure the smooth operational running of our sites globally. This individual will not only lead BAU governance, but also leading critical initiatives, ensuring budget hygiene, working with cross-functional and divisional teams and interacting with site leads across the globe.

Below are some highlights of what is expected from the role but not limited to:

• Supports Senior Manager, Site Lead function in the strategic and operational priorities
• Run and evolve the dashboard to aid strategic decision making and situational awareness
• Liaise with cross-functional teams who provide services to site leaders, including but not limited to: Marketing, Finance, People, Property, Risk, Communications, etc.
• Support in content creation of site lead forums as needed, improving the function by knowledge sharing, highlighting best practice and driving learning and improvement
• Run regional site-lead forums to drive engagement with site leads
• Support with the nomination process for new site leads
• Tracking and reporting of the site leader budget
• Develop and run central initiatives to improve site leader support
• Represent forums such as Tech etc.
• Designing CSAT survey on a quarterly basis and improving CSAT enabling site leads to perform effectively
• Create and maintain site lead information on digital platforms

We are looking for someone who has…

• The ability to independently interact and engage with senior leaders across the business, build trusting relationships with site leads
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
• The drive and desire to build a community within the site leads and proactively look for ways to better support them
• A flexible and pragmatic approach
• Flexible to work in shifts as needed
• Knowledge on various reporting tools
• Good with presentation skills
• Is able to critically challenge the status quo and establish a strong governance and operating framework and structure for site lead function
