Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead HANA Architect to guide strategic SAP HANA implementations for enterprise clients in manufacturing and industrial sectors. This leadership role drives architectural decisions, team mentoring, and ecosystem expertise in SAP ERP modules like FI/CO, SD, and MM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural discussions on SAP HANA strategies, evaluating SAP-native vs. cloud-native paths (e.g., Rise with SAP vs. AWS/Snowflake hybrids).
• Provide guidance on optimal roadmaps, including scalability, security, and cost optimization for HANA deployments.
• Mentor and lead a team of HANA developers, overseeing design, development, and best practices.
• Deep-dive into SAP ERP ecosystem: Finance (FI/CO), Sales & Distribution (SD) for Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Materials Management (MM).
• Collaborate with stakeholders on solution blueprints, governance, and AI/ML integrations for forecasting and analytics.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP HANA architecture, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Extensive experience advising on SAP vs. cloud migrations/hybrids, including S/4HANA and embedded analytics.
• Proven track record leading developer teams in HANA projects, with strong mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP modules: FI/CO (financial accounting/controlling), SD (O2C processes), MM (P2P and inventory).
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related; SAP HANA Architect certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Specialist).
• Expertise in industrial ERP implementations, preferably manufacturing/HVAC.
