Lead Specialist - LLM Prompt Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Design, create, and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) using your expertise in Prompt Engineering
• Fine-tune models to improve accuracy and performance across diverse use cases
• Research the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in LLMs and Generative AI
• Identify new opportunities to apply AI within various business scenarios, enhancing existing processes or creating innovative solutions
• Work with Data Scientists and Engineers to fine-tune AI models to align with specific domain requirements and organizational needs
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability, ensuring they meet project objectives
• Build and maintain a comprehensive prompt library for various fit-for-purpose deployments
• Document configurations, deployment strategies, and tuning methodologies for internal reference.

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data science, AI/ML or LLM models is desired
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI interactions, and exposure to programming concepts
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and language model applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering precise AI outputs
• Excellent communication skills for documenting AI processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a SaaS or enterprise software deployment field is desired.
