PRIMARY FUNCTION

Review, analyze & audit Target’s promotion, sales, defectives & promotional/non-promotional contracts to identify & recover revenue leakages by partnering with vendor partners.

L3 - PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audit Target's Promotion, Sales, Defectives and promotional/non-promotional Contracts to identify potential revenue leakages
• Collaborate with vendors & buyers to recover potential revenue leakages for Target
• Use critical thinking and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to enhance vendor income audit findings
• Identify root cause of audit findings & collaborate with internal stakeholders to make process changes that reduces/eliminates revenue leakage
• Partner across other teams to learn new methods to interpret data as well as develop new ways of analyzing large volumes of data
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of disputes & questions raised by vendors on audit findings
• Highlight findings & share feedbacks on audit process in a timely manner
• Support technology changes/transformations through continuous inputs & also play key role in testing & implementation
• Support key projects/initiatives that can help streamline the existing process or enhance the audit scope
• Works in a cross-functional team; collaborates with startup to ensure all deliverables are met on time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree (Business, Accounting preference)
• 2-4 yrs of recovery audit experience.
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel proficiency a must)
• Strong analytical/problem-solving/decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently with high level of initiative
• Expertize in collaborating with vendor partners
• Recovery Audit / B2B Collection Experience

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience/certifications in data analytics
