Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Learning Experience Designer, you will engage in the creative process of designing and developing innovative learning experiences and training solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, utilizing the latest research and methodologies in learning to create impactful training programs. You will also assess the effectiveness of these programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet the expectations of sponsors and stakeholders, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for learning solutions.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Design Thinking.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) for Program Management.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with various learning technologies and tools for content creation.
- Ability to analyze learner needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Design Thinking.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
