Technology->Portal->Liferay Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Liferay-based solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality digital experiences. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Liferay and associated technologies. - Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications: - B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Liferay development. - Proven track record of delivering successful Liferay projects. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with DXP and other digital experience platforms. - Strong understanding of portal and content management systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly.
