Job Overview: As a Kitchen Helper (Commis 3) at Qissa, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations by assisting in the preparation of traditional Arabic dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. Help with the receipt and storage of deliveries, ensuring proper food rotation and storage practices. Support the kitchen team in maintaining hygiene and safety standards according to health regulations. Participate in basic cooking tasks and learn the fundamentals of Arabic cuisine. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Manager.
