Live Ops Manager

â Build, plan, execute and implement offers, events, cosmetic content, and other live content â Provide live service excellence to our players â Collaborate with PMs, Content Designers, QV, marketing, production, and other Live Ops Coordinators to ensure that our content releases, event pacing and communication meet the highest standards â Review and suggest implementation optimizations by combining expert knowledge of the game’s content with understanding of players’ engagement and spend drivers â Handling TIDs and localization â Configuration of live events â Detailed documentation of events and campaigns â Communication with PMs, Designers, DDs, artists and the rest of the team â What's the necessary experience and skills?
