Key Responsibilities of the Role: Coordinating with Vendors/Procurement team for any shortfalls/Price difference Daily MIS Report of Stock Receipts Reconciliation of Physical stock received and TALLY updated GRNs Coordinate with procurement team for any difference in physical stock, invoice pricing or pending issues if any. Documentation (TALLY Invoices and Ewaybills) TALLY and Excel Updation Reconciliation of Stock Dispatched with Receiver Transport MIS Weekly and monthly Dispatch Report, SO Pending Report Put away of Stock received by Inward department in the right location and updating it in the system Picking Of stock for dispatches and Kit production Picking and Packing of Online, POS Orders Dispatch Generating Picklist as per the Sos and Boms recd. Plan Locations (Area in the Warehouse) of Stock recd. Updating the Stock Location wise in System (TALLY and Excel)
