Machine Learning Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to build scalable, production-ready machine learning models. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring expertise in model development, data pipelines, and AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists.
• Model Development: Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Deployment & Scalability: Ensure ML model deployment in production environments with scalability and reliability.
• Data Pipeline Management: Work closely with data engineers to develop robust data pipelines for training and inference.
• AI Strategy & Innovation: Stay updated on latest ML advancements and integrate industry best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align ML solutions with company goals.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed models for accuracy, efficiency, and fairness.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI models adhere to ethical AI practices, privacy regulations, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing & deploying ML models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML model deployment.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive AI projects and team success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in NLP, Reinforcement Learning, or Computer Vision.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices for ML deployment.
• Knowledge of AI ethics & data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
