Good to have skills: PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML/CSS, SEO optimization • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Lead and manage Magento development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative e-commerce solutions. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Analyze and optimize Magento performance, ensuring seamless user experiences. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
