9:30AM to 6PM, 2:00PM to 10:30PM•Providing production support and handling technical issues.•Performing daily admin activities.•Incident Management: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP SAC, using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) to track and manage incidents.•User Support and Training: Provide timely support to end-users, address operational issues, and conduct training sessions for new features or processes.•System Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor the performance and availability of the SAC environment, data models, and queries. Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.•Change Management: Evaluate demands, implement approved changes and enhancements, and ensure all configurations and customizations are properly tested and documented before deployment into production.•Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, troubleshooting procedures, and incident resolutions. Report on support metrics like Service Level Agreements (SLAs).•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development teams, IT operations, and business stakeholders (e.g., finance, supply chain) to address complex issues and align solutions with business needs.•Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent future incidents. 

Educational qualifications

BE, BTech, MCA

Work experience

Typically requires 3-4+ years of relevant experience in production support, with significant hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning and/or BI) and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, BPC).
