Manager

KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is seeking a highly skilled Manager PMO to join our pioneering team. A PMO Manager oversees project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include defining project management standards, tracking KPIs, managing resource allocation, and facilitating stakeholder communication. They lead risk and issue management, maintain dashboards, and support delivery through tools like JIRA and RAID logs. The role involves coordinating onboarding, hiring, and communications, while driving continuous improvement and compliance. PMO Managers also support leadership with reporting, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Their focus is on enabling efficient execution, fostering accountability, and ensuring transparency across.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivery:

  • Work on Global builds to facilitate management reporting to stakeholders
  • Work with tech team to drive program plans and other program artifacts
  • Support on Stakeholder / Business Development to maximize client delivery
  • Update and communicate the progress to build weekly.
  • End to end build stakeholder management
  • Ad-hoc requests from Build.

Resource & Program Management:

  • Work on all phases of the AI product lifecycle while driving timelines with all tech teams to be on track.
  • Acting as a Program Lead for all Global Squads and responsible for all Management reporting
  • Managing the Resource pool to support stakeholder client delivery.
  • Maintain the Team Resource Management – for maintaining utilization and Bench pool.

PMO Workarounds:

  • Leading PM Standups - JIRA
  • RACI &RAID tracking
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Team Resource Management, Planning & Mapping
  • Maintaining Internal Dashboards for tracking

Other Support Areas:

  • Leading Comms’s practice from AI Standpoint
  • Lead on Foundry Launch progress, drive and success.
  • All Adhoc Tasks
Research & Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Innovate and propose new AI-driven use cases that can bring value to KDN and its member firms.
  • Contribute to the development of AI best practices, coding standards, and technical documentation.
Security & Compliance:
  • Ensure that all AI solutions comply with KDN’s data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement security best practices in AI model development and deployment, safeguarding sensitive data and intellectual property.

Educational qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • PMP/ or relevant certification

Work experience

  • 14 + years of experience in Program/PMO Management.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.
  • Adaptability, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to delivery ensure success in dynamic, high-impact environments.
  • Skills in resource planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination are key
  • must excel in stakeholder management, project governance, communication, and leadership. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, RAID, and dashboards is vital
