Job Description
Manager
| • Graduation or post-graduation in commerce or accounting with relevant experience of 8-10 years in MIS reporting, analysis of budget to actual variances, querying financial data |
| • Perform analysis and insights into revenue, assignments and consultant contributions and to identify key business drivers |
| • Prepare FP&A reports in a timely & accurate manner |
| • Good oral and written communication skills in English |
| • Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications |
| • Understanding of end-to-end processes and appreciation of critical parameters |
| • Problem identification and analytical ability. |
| • Strong knowledge of MS Office |
| • Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement. |
| • Ability to discharge the responsibilities in a conflicting environment |
| • Conformance with Policies/Compliances |
| • Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis. |
