Roles & responsibilities
•Audit service delivery – Be the leader for a group of professionals (40-50) responsible for audit service delivery and ensure timely quality audit deliverables on the work done by self and the team. The professional will supervise the team professionals for them to build strong relationships with the Canada Onshore ET identifying areas where CRC can improve quality and increase the scope of work. •Content & industry focus – Be responsible for managing a large portfolio of Canadian clients and elements of risk management on the work that can be taken up by CRC (Canadian Resource Center) considering the permissible procedures and approved Industry specific audit procedure guidance •People development and management – Be a performance manager for a group (10 to 15) of professionals; Play a key role in the development of the team, coach and act as a mentor for the team-members on the specific areas of audit work that could be done on a remote platformMandatory technical & functional skills
•Working knowledge of auditing (ISAs/PCAOB/Indian GAAS) and accounting (IFRS and US GAAP would be an add on) •Demonstrated people management skills managing a team of 25 or more. •Strong English communication abilities (Oral & Written), good presentation and public speaking skills. •Should possess strong project management skills •Working knowledge of D&A tools such as IDEA, Power BI, Alteryx, etc. would be an added advantagePreferred technical & functional skills
•Industry exposure of Consumer and Industrial Markets would be an add on •Be a quick learner and demonstrate adaptability to changeKey behavioral attributes/requirements
•High-energy, independent decision-making capability with ability to manage priorities and conflicts with prioritization skills •Resilient and demonstrate ability to lead change by effectively building commitment and winning support for initiatives through influencing, negotiation, collaboration and relationship building skills •Should be willing to and capable of delivering under tight timelines, basis the business needs including working on weekendsRoles & responsibilities

Educational qualifications
•Qualified CA/US CPA and minimum of Bachelors’ degree in Finance & Accounting with first division (60%) •6 – 9 years of post-qualification experience along with strong Articleship experience from a mid-size or a Big 4 firm in case of CAOR
•Relevant audit experience of at least 8 years in case of possessing certifications other than CA •Experience with Big 4/leading Audit firms or their shared service center would be preferredExperience Level
