Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or GRC roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting BISO/TISO or federated security engagement models.
• Strong understanding of security governance, risk assessment methodologies, and security metrics.
• Experience developing and managing security awareness and phishing simulation programs.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
