Job Description

The Principal Engineering Program Manager (Manager 5) provides strategic leadership for very high‑complexity and platform‑level programs with significant business impact. This role defines execution strategy, influences organizational direction, and represents programs at senior and executive leadership levels.

Qualifications

Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred
• 14+ years of experience managing complex engineering programs
• Demonstrated leadership of large, global, cross‑functional teams
• Experience influencing senior and executive stakeholders
Preferred
• Platform or system‑level program leadership experience
• Experience defining or scaling program management processes
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
