Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Administrative Support Pricing and Promotion
The Merchandise Operations Group is responsible for collaborating with cross functional partners to manage operational processes. The Manager, Administrative Support Pricing & Promotion is responsible for leading a team of Administrative Support Assistants who perform administrative tasks supporting the work of the buying and planning organization. The Manger is also responsible for working with cross functional partners to strategize and execute pricing and promotions for the total company (US, CA, UK + Ecom).
Responsibility
Essential Functions: Provide instructions and support for administrative support team: monitor and assess individual work; provide feedback, coaching; support opportunities for development; complete performance appraisals; takes corrective action when appropriate; and participate in hiring and retention decisions. Oversee the work of merchandise administration assistants, including entry of new styles, purchase order process, and modification of new styles and purchase orders price adjustments. Key partner for merchants, planning, web operations and teams in strategizing the promotion and then ensuring execution with excellence. Owns the work of executing the promotions in the system and validation of those promotional or pricing changes. Develop schedules for project completion that effectively allocates resources. Review the project schedule with senior management and other stakeholders, revising as needed. Monitor progress of the project to ensure timely and successful completion. Set up files to ensure all project information is documented and secured. Manage the operational calendar to maintain on time deliverables related to monthly tasks, including coupon maintenance. Participate in testing of new systems and communicate issues and enhancements to management team. Train merchandise operations team on the ongoing execution of new systems and processes. Monitor workflow and provide statistical information to support headcount. Serve as a liaison between Merchandise Operations and key cross-functional partners. Work with the buying and planning teams to understand and manage workload. Provide updates and recaps to Director of Merchandise Operations. Attend and represent merchandise operation in cross functional meetings as assigned or when Director, Merchandise Operations is not available. Responsible for ad-hoc creation and distribution of reports on an “as needed” basis. Attend monthly meetings with cross-functional teams. Perform duties of Merchandise Administration Assistants as needed

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Related experience and/or training in merchandise Ops.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge and skill in fashion and retail replenishment systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
