What this job involves:

As an AI Specialist in Office Leasing Advisory at JLL, you will lead our digital transformation efforts by implementing AI solutions that enhance our office leasing services. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and practical business applications, helping our teams deliver exceptional value to clients. At JLL, we embrace more innovative ways of working, and your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities where AI and ML can optimize our leasing advisory processes, improve client outcomes, and drive business growth. You'll work collaboratively with leasing teams across regions, tech partners, and clients to develop and deploy AI solutions that address real-world challenges in commercial real estate.

What your day-to-day will look like:

•            Identify and evaluate areas where AI and ML can enhance our office leasing advisory services and overall business operations

•            Build and maintain a specialized CRM focused on AI companies and technology partners to develop strategic relationships

•            Design and deliver training programs to upskill leasing teams on AI tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of digital adoption

•            Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure JLL remains at the forefront of AI innovation in commercial real estate

•            Create custom AI solutions that address specific client needs and optimize the leasing process

•            Measure and report on the impact of AI implementations, continuously refining approaches based on performance data

 

What We’re Looking For:

•            Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

•            3+ years of experience implementing AI/ML solutions in a business environment

•            Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive analytics

•            Experience with AI development frameworks and tools

•            Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

•            Strong customer relationship skills with AI organizations

•            Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams

•            Project management experience with a track record of successfully delivered AI initiatives

 

Preferred Qualifications:

•            Previous experience in commercial real estate or property technology

•            Experience developing and conducting technical training programs

•            Understanding of data governance and privacy requirements in multiple jurisdictions

•            Track record of published research or speaking engagements related to AI applications

•            Certifications in relevant AI technologies or methodologies
