Manager - ATO e-PMO

Roles & responsibilities

Lead in all project management responsibilities (including, but not limited to, managing project schedule, scope, detail project plans using MS project, resourcing, budget and costs, etc.)Plan and track project progress using modern PM tool (Clarity, DevOps, JIRA etc.)Lead and direct projects through the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) inclusive of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Close Phases juxtapose with SDLC phases.Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressCoordinate with geographically dispersed stakeholders to ensure timely alignment on project risks and issuesUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitor project progress and make plan/resource adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicatorsIdentify, collect and track project risks / issues / dependencies and help drive resolution through the project teamWork across team members and stakeholders on a project – from architects and engineers, to QA, product owners, SMEs, DevOps, among others – to work on project planning, receive project updates, identify risks / issues, identify resource needs

Follow KPMG Audit Technology project management lifecycle (PMLC) from inception to completion using standard project lifecycle practices and artifacts

Ability to handle uncertain / ambiguous situations.

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications

Any degree or any bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, IT, business, or a related fieldCertification: PMP required; Certification in CSM/PSM/Prince 2 will be preferred.5+ years of project management experience with software development projectsExperience with software development, SDLC processes, and managing projects through the full life cycle

Strong familiarity with project management software tools (i.e. Jira, Clarity, GitHub, Azure DevOps, among others), methodologies, and best practices
