Job Title: Manager, Inbound Transportation Process, Supply Chain Management

Global Business Services (GBS) team is creating sustainable competitive advantages through flawless execution strategy and shared service environment to deliver services like Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Onboarding, Contract Management, SAP Governance, Telecom Expense Management, and Reporting to our internal stakeholders7.

Your Opportunity:

You will be a leader within the Global Business Services team supporting the Inbound Transportation team. As a manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure strategic alignment with business goals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inbound transportation processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement new technologies, process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and other business units, to ensure seamless operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability. Assess and manage risks to supply chain operations due to potential disruptions or variances.
• Issue Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex shipment issues and exceptions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate in any field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, transportation, or a related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of incident management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and CRM systems. Proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving and project management experience.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts as required by the business.

Shift Model:

• 6:00 pm to 2:30 am IST hours.
• 5 days working with roster off.
• Flexible working in US and regular IST shift.
