Responsible for managing e2e recruitment process for multiple Business Units to deliver on the hiring needs of the business as per defined SLAs and Costs.

Roles & responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Managing end-to-end campus recruitment processes, including relationship management with universities, colleges and academia.
  • Develop and implement campus / off campus recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract diverse and high-potential candidates.
  • Good understanding of market/competitor mapping capabilities
  • Plan and execute recruitment events, job fairs, presentations, and interviews.
  • Adherence to the recruitment/HR//Risk parameters as per defined process with accuracy & timeliness of data capturing.
  • Deliver on hiring requirements as per agreed SLAs, with focus on agreed source mix.
  • Effectively managing e2e hiring for the business independently.
  • Exhibit & leverage strong domain/functional/technical skills relevant to the function.
  • Strong market acumen & comparator landscape.
  • Drive quality compliance to the recruitment/HR//Risk as per defined process with accuracy & timeliness of data capturing with almost no defects.
  • Impart training for up skilling the new team members.

Practice Management

  • Active stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Adherence to process compliance and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data management
  • Effective communication on hiring status and timely responsiveness to Business queries
  • Effective Candidate management.
  • Drive relationships with key stakeholders and maintain high degree of rapport with them.
  • Ensure program level operational KPIs agreed with stakeholders are met all the time.
  • Contribute to team synergies.
  • Ensures great candidate experience all the time.

Team Management

  • Lead a team of 3 to 4 people, ensuring alignment to organization, functional, team and professional growth goals.

 

 
  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources alongwith 10 to 14 years of hands-on experience in Campus recruitment, Off – Campus recruitment and large-scale hiring deliverables in a complex business environment.
  • Zeal and energy to deliver on high stakes ramp ups.
  • Knack for long term relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keen eye for employer branding, processes and SOPs buildout.
