Manager - Charging Solutions

The role involves design and testing of power electronic systems and will work in close collaboration with the hardware and software product development team, and will contribute to the areas of power converter design and development. 

 

Role Description: 

 

1. Design and implement EV charger topologies such as PFC, LLC, Full Bridge, Half Bridge, and Synchronous Buck
2. Select, dimension, and justify critical power components, including MOSFETs, IGBTs, and SiC diodes
3. Develop and debug analog and digital circuits, ensuring compliance with EMC and safety standards
4. Create electrical schematics and oversee PCBA design in collaboration with the PCB team
5. Conduct prototype testing, root-cause analysis, and implement solutions for design issues
6. Facilitate validation testing and ensure product compliance with international standards
7. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-disciplinary teams for seamless integration into drive architecture
8. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and contribute to design reviews with constructive feedback
9. Collaborate with power electronics, mechanical, thermal, and firmware engineers to successfully test and validate the designs
