The position in discussion is with the Managed Services team, part of our Consulting team.

As a Manager in the Managed Services Regulatory & Financial reporting team, your responsibilities will be working with team of consultants and associate consultants for executing projects on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients (onshore teams). In addition, you will be required to:

•Strong background in US regulatory reporting with Banking product knowledge and strong finance knowledge(Must)•Experience in the production of regulatory reports for insurance client, ensuring full alignment with regulatory standards and strengthening audit readiness (Must)•Experience preparing regulatory reporting schedules including the FR Call report , Y-9C, FR Y-9LP, FFIEC 009 and FR Y-11 , FR 2314(Must)•Preferred toolset experience with Axiom and Workiva(Must)•Lead on a large engagement led by a Director and be the1st level escalation for issues/concerns•Manage engagement delivery and work in collaboration with onshore/offshore team•Schedule and facilitate requirements meetings (agenda, meeting minutes, action items)•Undertake new regulation analysis assessments/hypothesis-based impact analyses for the US regulatory space, based on specific criteria•Have in depth subject matter knowledge•Gather and analyze client business/functional requirements and understand client’s requirements from proposed solution•Lead/contribute to team wide initiative•Mentor team members and guide to achieve the project goals•Good understanding of the service offering of the service network/ line•Maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders by having regular calls with them to understand their existing and potential requirements and work on providing solutions on those

Educational qualifications

•CA/CPA/MBA/Actuary student or equivalent post graduation/ diploma with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience•Courses or background knowledge in US regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to the Banking industry is advantageous.•Banking domain training and certifications

Work experience

•8-10 years of work experience•Good knowledge of Axiom ,US Regulatory reports, Data Governance, Data Integrity, business processes, risk & controls testing with reference to financial and banking domain

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Mandatory knowledge on Axiom & Workiva(Must)•Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio, PDF and MS PowerPoint•Executive presence, able to interact directly with clients

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Team oriented and collaborative approach with an ability to manage smaller teams•Excellent presentation skills•Exercise professional judgment and seize business opportunities
