Manager-GDC

 Roles & responsibilities 
Manage multiple projects, focusing on consistent delivery while balancing project scope, reporting resources, finances, milestones and deliverables. (Waterfall/ Agile)
Knowledge to create project charters, RAID logs, project plans, RACI etc. 
Hands on knowledge on project Management tools (MSP, Clarizen etc.)
Adhere to PMO standards defined with stage gating and budget change control.
Leverage data & Analytics
Contribute to KGDC's strategic objectives, provide thought leadership by researching trends and implementing industry best practices to take KGDC up the value chain                                                            
Demonstrate ability to identify, analyze and present solutions to technical issues, wherever applicable
Act in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal risk management requirements                                               
Contribution to internal knowledge management initiatives
Be an excellent professional and have integrity in all your dealings with colleagues and clients
Assess and plan to fill Skill gaps as required.
Increased involvement and participation in people initiatives
Be a role model by Living our values, in action and spirit.
Leverage data & Analytics in areas applicable like Project budgeting and cost review.
Monitor performance of GDC utilization against budgets of respective clients and locations                 
Adhere to the Firm's values and code of conduct
Proactively engage in cross-functional communication and sharing of information
Build co-operative relationships and fosters an environment in which everyone's opinion is valued.
Position self as the firm's ambassador across different platforms within the firm
Participate and encourage junior colleagues to take part in corporate citizenship programs
Ability to create a compelling story board presentation suitable to C-suite stakeholders strongly backed by data analysis
•     Execute aspects of planning and performance management process and related strategical decisions potentially including Full year planning/forecasting, target development, Utilization performance analysis, HC/Hours modeling for multiple scenarios and decision support for a focused scope within a service line, industries and business unit. 
Design the targets by detailed historical & outlook analysis and align the audit industries leaders as per the policy for lean months and Busy Season months
•    You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks. Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
•    Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Leadership team
•     Contribute to a high-performing central team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your peers
•     Responsible for managing complex data and business analysis, measuring business performance and change management in a shared services organization. 
•    Responsible for data analysis of every metrics; Build strong relationships with the GDC US/Canada counterparts, leadership team, central team, industry stakeholders and onshore stakeholders
•     Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of industry / BU related and apply sound judgement when faced with moderately difficult decisions
•     Assesses a problem from multiple angles to ensure all relevant issues are considered
•     Ensure the work is performed with high quality and completed within agreed turnaround time
•    Managing special projects involving automations and operating model changes
Multi-dimensional report delivery with focus on consistency and accuracy while ensuring all deadlines are met. 
Must be able to understand the business drivers, the variances and be able to provide insightful commentary articulating the story behind the numbers.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
• Strong English communication abilities (Oral & Written)
• Creating compelling story using the data 
• Strong power point skills or PBI visualization
• Must have: Advanced knowledge in MS tools viz, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation tools
• Data pruning, data modelling, statistical analysis, database querying
• Hands on experience with Data analytics tools such as Alteryx, 
Tableau, Power-BI

 

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications 
Preferred Master’s in Business Administration, Strategy, 
Operations from Top-B schools.
PMP Certification is preferred
