Manager (HRT + Payroll) - UK

Key Responsibilities:

•            Led UK payroll operations with deep domain expertise in compliance, accuracy, and process optimization

•            Designed and implemented operating models for Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Capability Centers (GCC), aligning with strategic HR transformation goals

•            Spearheaded end-to-end process design and documentation for scalable HR Tech implementations

•            Drove business integration initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment between HR technology platforms and organizational workflows

•            Demonstrates proficiency in HR organization design analysis and process designing using ARIS / Visio

•            Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals

•            Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings

•            Conducts HR Technology Vendor Assessment and provides Project Management Office support

•            Drives communications with the onshore stakeholders using different media (emails, calls, VC etc..) to ensure there are no gaps

•            Supports capability building and demand generation and identifies areas where KPMG Global Services (KGS) can provide support to other member firms

•            Clearly communicates HRT recommendations and uses strong persuasive skills to successfully present ideas and recommended actions

•            Embrace a culture of innovation, demonstrating curiosity and applying creative thinking to resolve client issues and needs

•            Participate in Payroll Transformation projects involving optimization, strategy, organizational design, sourcing, selection, and implementation support

•            Work with client stakeholders to document baseline current state Payroll Service Delivery operations.

•            Execute the day-to-day activities of Payroll advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews

•            Review business processes, systems, and outsourcing arrangements, and advise clients throughout the Payroll Transformation lifecycle

Qualification: 

•            Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, OrgVue and Survey designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey Gizmo.

•            Experience in project management and change management.

•            Stakeholder management and communication skills

•            Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines.

•            Possess a learning mindset and embrace complex problem-solving opportunities.

•            Highly self-motivated and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
