Manager - L&D - CFAB - Bengaluru - Krishna Tower - MM

Key Objectives of the Job:
•   As the Learning and Development Senior Manager for our NBFC, you will be responsible for driving the L&D strategy, ensuring the continuous development of all employees across various grades
•    Your primary objectives include:
•   Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals.
•   Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring consistency and relevance to the NBFC industry.
•   Conduct Train the Trainer sessions to build internal capability for training delivery.
•   Create and manage a monthly training calendar, ensuring a diverse range of learning opportunities.
•   Oversee the L&D budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
•   Foster a culture of continuous learning, supporting career development and skill enhancement.

Specialized job competencies:
•   L&D Expertise: Demonstrate a strong background in learning and development, with 5-6 years of experience, preferably in the NBFC sector.
•   Content and Digital Learning: Proficient in designing and delivering content-driven and digital learning solutions to meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
•   Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English to effectively communicate and deliver training programs.
•   Training Delivery: Proven ability to conduct engaging and impactful training sessions for employees at all levels.
•   Strategic Thinking: Ability to align L&D initiatives with business objectives and contribute to the overall organizational strategy.
•   Budget Management: Experience in managing L&D budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality learning solutions.
•   Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand training needs and ensure effective program delivery.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
