Lead the firm’s Wellbeing agenda by designing and delivering holistic programs that support 6 pillars of wellbeing at the firm - physical, mental, financial, emotional, financial and social health. Support the Wellbeing Leader in building and maturing the firm’s health & wellbeing strategy, with a strong focus on mental health. Design, implement, track, and monitor wellbeing programs while driving employee engagement and rewards & recognition to enhance maturity, promote behavioral change, and ensure firmwide adoption leveraging technology, AI, and data-driven insights to innovate and align with industry best practices.
