Responsibilities

Role: Senior Python Backend Developer

Exp Range : 10 to 12 Years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize backend solutions using Python and FastAPI.
- Implement and maintain scalable microservices architecture for enterprise-level applications, using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Architect and implement enterprise integrations leveraging Azure services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.).
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for seamless deployment.
- Apply caching techniques (e.g., Redis, Memcached) to enhance system performance.
- Design and optimize SQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity and scalability.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide strategic input and technical guidance for backend architecture and development.
- Leverage prior experience in .NET and C++ to support legacy system integration and migration projects.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for architecture, APIs, and workflows.
- Deliver progress updates, technical reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Skills

- Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise-level integrations.
- Expertise in Azure services, including App Services, Functions, Storage, and DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Solid knowledge of caching techniques like Redis, Memcached, or Varnish.
- Advanced skills in SQL database design and optimization.
- Proficient in .NET and C++ with experience in integrating or migrating legacy systems to modern architectures.
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and drive technical projects to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• B.E / B.Tech/ BCA/ MBA/ MCA Full-Time Education
