Manager Quality (Process Excellence)


Roles & responsibilities:

• Lead and manage process improvement projects.

• Identify and analyze areas for process enhancement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

• Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes.

• Monitor and report on process performance metrics.

• Conduct training sessions to promote process excellence.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Provide recommendations for technological solutions to improve processes.


Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in Quality Domain

• Minimum 1 Years of experience as Manager quality in managing Process Excellence

• Candidate should be Six Sigma Black Belt certified

• Experience in working with E-commerce accounts will be an added advantage

• 6 days working (1 day rotational off)

• Graduate from UGC recognized university

• Candidates should be fluent in English & Hindi communications

• Candidate should be good in Excel data preparation

• Candidate should have good Presentation skill
