• 8 -12 years of experience in design and development of building highly Responsive UIs with seamless Product experience.
• Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns

·        Excellent proficiency in front-end technologies – ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript,  HTML, CSS, modular CSS, Redux, webpack, babel, UI debugging skills, UI Design patterns, integrating with APIs, Figma or similar design tool for UI-Mocks.

• Logging & Monitoring tools like Quantum Metrics, Splunk, Grafana etc.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to lead a group through an architectural development process and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of frontend security and performance.
• Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members
• Experience in deploying solutions on any of these cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
• Work exposure on Agile methodologies and DevOps would be added advantage
• CI/CD Automation experience with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins & Azure DevOps
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – including facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control
• Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodology.
