Job Title: Java Developer (Java 18)

Experience Level: 8 to 10 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Java 18 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 18.
• Translate application requirements and use cases into functional applications.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java 18.
• 6 to 10 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Understanding of Agile methodologies.
