Inviting applications for the role of Manager - System Administrator
The System Administrator is responsible for managing the Productivity Evaluation Program (PEP) data for the distribution centres. This includes engineering the labour standards for every task in the DCs through time and motion studies, historical task completion times, and observation. Additional responsibilities include managing the payroll system for both distribution centres.
Responsibility
•    Manage the Productivity Evaluation Program (PEP) for all employees across two distribution centres.
•    Assist with the training of associates to succeed in the PEP program.
•    Conduct PEP recertification annually.
•    Manage Dayforce for all employees across two distribution centres.
•    Liaison with Payroll and HR Corporate to ensure paid time off balances are accurate with the management of My-time and other paid time off.
•    Develop engineered labour standards for all tasks in both distribution centres.
•    Audit standards to ensure integrity of standards and if necessary, conduct new time studies.
•    Prepare the weekly DC Cost Report detailing units processed and the costs for both distribution centres.
•    Process information in PEP software program to determine the amount of the PEP bonus for all associates in both distribution centres and forward that information to payroll weekly.
•    Review and Authorize payrolls for all associates in the distribution centres in Dayforce; Assist DC management and hourly associates by answering questions regarding payroll, attendance, personal time off balances, and the PEP program
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree and/ related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Required skills & abilities 
•    Proficient in Kronos, PKMS and Productivity Evaluation Program (PEP) software. 
•    Knowledge of and proficiency in time studies, time measurements.
•    Experience with Dayforce; Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook a must.
