Inviting applications for the role of Manager-Tableau 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manager with experience in Tableau, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication. This role is critical for identifying business needs and providing data-driven solutions to enhance processes and systems. 

Responsibilities 

• Data Analysis: Utilize Tableau, SQL, Excel and Python to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights. Should have good Knowledge of Data Blending techniques, Joins, Relationships and Custom SQL Queries and Data Modeling in Tableau.  

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. 

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve efficiency. 

• Reporting & Visualization: Create detailed reports and visualizations using Tableau to support decision-making processes. Knowledge of Different Type of Charts and Crosstabs, Applying Different types of Actions, and basic knowledge of Servers, Scheduling Refreshes to Data. 

• Project Management : Managing projects while connecting with direct and indirect stakeholders along with team members and resources. Follow AGILE framework and help the client improve the business. 

• Team Management : Lead and work with team to support business so the deliverables are completed on time and as per customer satisfaction. Also, actively work with team members to plan career growth plans and develop their skills. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Master’s degree or Post Graduation in business administration, Computer Science, or related field 

. Should have rich relevant experience in Tableau, SQL,Excel,Project Management and Team management. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Experience as a Manager 

• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization 

• Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying 

• Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis 

• Excellent analytical thinking skills 

• Strong problem-solving abilities 

• Effective communication skills 

• Working knowledge of Power BI 

• Working knowledge of MicroStrategy
