MBA/ PGDM (Finance) or equivalent, BE/ B.Tech or equivalent

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored strategic advice and solutions
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops

Project Management:

• Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and analysts.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their professional growth.

Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving:

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on public sector trends, policies, and best practices.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to address client challenges.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to support decision-making.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and contribute to marketing efforts.
